We are currently at fourth generation of our tradiditonal textile family business,

Our GIZA journey began when one of our suppliers introduced us to the manager of a a loss making textile mill run by the Egyptian government.

What started as a single meeting soon evolved into a remarkable transformation story.

We assembled a team of experienced textile experts from India and conducted a thorough on-site study of the mill’s operations.

After careful analysis, we recommended a strategic shift — moving away from traditional garment production toward high-quality bedding products connecting the mill to european & american clients which allowed the mill to reduce their workforce by 50% while keeping the salaries unchanged for all & significantly improved their revenue.

Looking at the significant improvement of this one mill, the egyptian government applied the same to all the loss making mills.

Today, many mills successfully supplies bedding & apparel to trend setting global brands.
